Clint Britt is the son of a Civil Engineer, Wayland Britt.  Clint grew up working for his father in the summers in HS and college and later joined corporate life for nearly 20 years. He maintained his interest in real property design and spec building; since 2000. Below is Clint’s corporate bio.


As an influential and driven senior-level leader, Clint Britt has built a solid reputation for driving operations strategy and innovation of cutting-edge operational capacity planning and modeling. Throughout all roles detailed on Clint’s resume, he’s built a lasting reputation, led up to 200 individuals, managed over $20M P&L, steered multimillion-dollar projects, and drove rapid revenue and market share growth. Leveraging his 15+ years of leadership experience, complemented by over 9 years of Executive experience, he has spearheaded several organizational change initiatives and delivered solid results to the bottom line.

Clint brings a distinctive ability to bridge metrics management and human resource capabilities to push beyond boundaries and achieve breakthrough innovation while consistently delivering memorable customer experiences. His skills include effectively analyzing complex business, technical, and operational issues while balancing strategic goals and tactical directives allows him to serve as a “roll up my sleeves” leader and wearer of many hats.

In his prior role as the Director of Sales of Connect Your Home (CYH), he was appointed by CYH board members after a merger due his successful record in BPO business partner selection, revenue performance, and Product Visionary and Evangelist capabilities. Consistently surpassing expectations, he increased revenue levels by 75% within 2 years and consolidated 3 call center operations through 2 M&A initiatives and led matrixed and cross-functional teams with 5 business units and 145 resources.

Prior to working with CYH, he was the Vice President of Member Experience for AAA of Colorado. In this role, he drove Member Experience strategy and innovation, interfaced with national insurance and travel executives, and led multiple transformation projects with 4 departments comprising 130+ resources.

Earlier in his career, Clint worked at Good Sam as Vice President, Sales and Customer Service where he generated improvements by designing and implementing an innovative Sales Capacity Modeling solution that drove call center operations to record heights. During his three-year tenure at Good Sam, he was instrumental in the successful launch of the Camp World Operations Center, a 170-agent sales and support call center division for Good Sam’s catalog direct channel. In addition, he served as Vice President, National Sales Production at Countrywide Insurance Services and leading sales teams in California, Arizona, Florida, and Massachusetts, and left as 1st Vice President, Client Service.

He holds a M.B.A. from California Lutheran University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from The Aveta Business Institute, a PMP (Project Management Professional) from Project Management Institute, sitting for the CCXP designation exam in November 2016, holds a Property & Casualty Insurance license, and various continuing education certificates from the University of Southern California.

In his free time, Clint enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, golf, motocross, and home improvement projects; and otherwise can usually be found with his wife at one of his 3 kid’s baseball games.
